Refund & Return Policy

At QURIO, every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to assist you.

Please note that returns and refunds are accepted only in cases where the product delivered is physically damaged or defective upon arrival.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

To be eligible for a return or refund request:

  • The product must be physically damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review or approval.

How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

1. Record an Unboxing Video

Please record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the package, starting from the sealed outer packaging until the product is fully revealed. This video is required for all damage or defect claims.

2. Contact Our Support Team

Reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery through either of the following channels:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • The unboxing video

3. Verification Process

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. Once the damage or defect is verified, we will initiate the return or refund process.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size selected while placing the order
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products returned without a valid unboxing video
  • Normal wear and tear or improper handling of jewellery
